Dr. Randy Wood has been Senior Pastor of Liberty Baptist Church since April of 2004.  He previously served on the staff of the North American Mission Board as Director of Personnel Deployment and Director of Missionary Personnel.   In these roles he led in the assessment of missionary candidates and employment process for the North American Mission Board, SBC.

Randy also served as an Associational Missionary for the Maumee Valley/Northwest Ohio Baptist Associations in Toledo, Ohio.  Prior to this, Randy served three churches in Ohio as senior pastor.  These churches are Friendship Baptist Church of Coalton, Central Baptist Church of Williamsburg, and First Baptist Church of Logan. 

Randy and his wife, Beverly, have three sons, Joshua, Titus, and Andrew. 

Pastor Randy received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Ohio University, a Master of Divinity Degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Trinity Lutheran Seminary.
