Ann Moore Ann Moore and her husband, Jerry, have been members of Liberty since April of 1997. They have three children, Kimberly Ramsey, Bob Moore and Paul Moore, and two grandchildren, Taylor Anne Ramsey and Rachel Ramsey. In May of 2004 Ann took over as Director of Children's Ministries after many years of volunteer service. She enjoys history and genealogy.
